Just started havingbisdues a day ago. Could be the Oculus Rift S added into the system about 3 days prior.. A long story: I had 3 mirrored disks but one of them was upgraded and wrongly pointed to the other disk by temporarily switched to boot on this disk while BIOS settings pointed to the other disk so that was a bug for the upgrade process. Then when I booted from the other disk, it got problems like some files are inaccessible or folder became read-only but the system was still live.

Fortunately, there was a new Windows upgrade I could run it which restored the system to normal status on that drive. Some time later, I came back to fix this drive again. Unfortunately I didn't unplug the other drive so when it's up it messed the other drive again. After my many attempted fixes , all three drive failed to boot, "inaccessible boot device". If I use repaired disk to do chkdisk, I got this error at the end.

I downloaded the latest Windows 10 image and used a USB to reinstall the Windows 10 on the bad drive after I robocopied all my personal files to a backup drive. Now this drive worked perfectly and I've partially reinstalled my applications on the drive.

The other two drives still had the same inaccessible boot device error. I plan to try reinstall windows on them too if I can't fixed them.
